Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund, or reshipment.
To start a return, refund or reshipment, reply to your order confirmation or tracking link email to contact our shipping department directly.
Non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, due to their perishable nature. We offer full refunds or reshipments in the case the items are damaged or not delivered on time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of damaged or melted items upon delivery; proof of damaged product will be requested, via photo(s) sent through email with our shipping department.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
