Shipping Information

  • We ship all our frozen products through UPS with a 2-day or an overnight shipping service to ensure they arrive frozen.

    2- Day orders are shipping Monday through Wednesday to ensure arrival before the weekend. Any 2-day orders placed AFTER 12 pm EST on Wednesday will not ship until the following Monday.

    Overnight orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Order must be received by 12 pm EST to ensure same day shipping. Any overnight orders placed AFTER 12 pm EST on Thursday will not ship until the following Monday.

  • Note: Please confirm you have the correct shipping address entered. Our products are frozen hand-crafted perishable items, please ensure the shipping recipient will be able to receive the package on the day of delivery. Once orders ship, we are unable to make any changes to the product ordered or shipping information.

    All merchandise is shipped seperately.

Why do the pies need 2-day shipping?

Our pies are frozen like ice cream cake! This means that they will melt if not shipped correctly. To make sure they don't melt, we must ship products insulted with dry ice in 2-day to next day shipping.

I don't live near Key West, can I still order a pie?

Yes! We ship all over the continental US and offer two-day as well as next-day shipping.

How many people can one pie serve?

Our pies can usually make about eight slices, enough to share or enjoy all by yourself!

Do the pies need to be frozen?

To keep them fresh and in their shape, you should definitely freeze your pie. They don't take long to thaw once out of the freezer, but once you're finished, make sure to place what you have left in the freezer to enjoy for later!

Are the pies allergy-friendly?

Our pies are free from nuts but do include milk, and wheat.
